Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Baby Kickers

2026/27 Colo Colo Soccer Academy USA Youth Travel Soccer Program Refund Policy 1. Policy Statement All registration fees and payments made to Colo Colo Soccer Academy USA are strictly non-refundable once a player is registered and this agreement is signed. 2. No Refund Policy By registering for the program, families acknowledge and agree that there will be NO REFUNDS issued under any circumstances after registration is completed. 3. Financial Commitment Participation in the travel soccer program requires advance financial commitments including coaching, tournaments, league fees, and administrative costs. These costs are allocated across all players. 4. Withdrawal If a player chooses to withdraw for any reason, all fees remain due and payable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted. 5. Non-Refundable Items Includes but is not limited to: registration fees, uniforms, tournament fees, coaching fees, insurance, and administrative costs.

Developmental League

ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE Club fees: There will be no refunds of club fees. No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Uniforms

No refunds will be issued for uniform purchases.
