Refund Policies
Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.
Baby Kickers
If cancelled 14 days prior to the next bill cycle, you will not be charged for the next monthly training fee. Cancellation only via email to Contact@colocolosocceracademyusa.com . If you don't cancel within 14 days in advance you will get charged for the next monthly training fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations due to inclement weather, injuries or other circumstances beyond our control.
Camp Daily
ALL FEES ARE NON REFUNDABLE Payment can be made by credit card, or bank ACH (processing fees will be applied)

Competitive
1. Policy Statement All registration fees and payments made to Colo Colo Soccer Academy USA are strictly non-refundable once a player is registered and this agreement is signed. 2. No Refund Policy By registering for the program, families acknowledge and agree that there will be NO REFUNDS issued under any circumstances after registration is completed. 3. Financial Commitment Participation in the travel soccer program requires advance financial commitments including coaching, tournaments, league fees, and administrative costs. These costs are allocated across all players. 4. Withdrawal If a player chooses to withdraw for any reason, all fees remain due and payable. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be granted. 5. Non-Refundable Items Includes but is not limited to: registration fees, uniforms, tournament fees, coaching fees, insurance, and administrative costs.
